Kmeli suneli 1
Sastojci: 2 kašičice semena piskavice, 4 lovorova lista, 2 kašike sušenog peršuna, 2 kašičice sušene majčine majčine, 2 kašičice sušenog estragona, 2 kašičice semena celera, 1 kašičica mlevenog korijandera, 2 kašičice sušene mirodjije, ½ kašičice bibera, 1 ½ kašičice soli.
Priprema:
1. Dodajte seme piskavice, lovorov list i seme celera u mlin za začine ili kafu. Sameljite dok se ne formira fini prah.
2. U činiji pomešajte prah piskavice i lovorovog lista sa ostalim sastojcima dok se dobro ne sjedine.
3. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi na hladnom i tamnom mestu do 2 meseca.

Sastojci: 2 kasicice seme korijandera, 2 kasicice seme piskavice, 2 kasicice lista nane, 1 ½ kasicice cimeta, 2 kasicice čubara, 2 kasicice semenki komorača, 1 kasicica mirođije, 1 kasicica nevena, 1 kasicica
karanfilića mlevenog, ½ kasicice bibera u zrnu, 1 kasicica soli.
Priprema:
1. Dodajte seme piskavice, seme komoraca i biber u mlin za začine ili kafu. Sameljite dok se ne formira fini prah.
2. U činiji pomešajte ovaj prah sa ostalim sastojcima dok se dobro ne sjedine.
3. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi na hladnom i tamnom mestu do 2 meseca.

Priprema:
1. Dodajte seme piskavice i biber u mlin za začine ili kafu. Sameljite dok se ne formira fini prah.
2. U činiji pomešajte ovaj prah sa ostalim sastojcima dok se dobro ne sjedine.
3. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi na hladnom i tamnom mestu do 2 meseca.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, 4 bay leaves, 2 tablespoons dried parsley, 2 teaspoons dried marjoram, 2 teaspoons dried tarragon, 2 teaspoons celery seeds, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 2 teaspoons dried dill, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 ½ teaspoons salt.
Preparation:
1. Add fenugreek seeds, bay leaves and celery seeds to a spice or coffee grinder. Grind until fine powder forms.
2. In a bowl, mix the fenugreek-bay leaf powder with the rest of the ingredients until very thoroughly combined.
3. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place for up to 2 months.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, 2 teaspoons mint leaves, 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 teaspoon calendula, 1 teaspoon
ground cloves, ½ teaspoon of peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation:
1. Add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and pepper to a spice or coffee grinder. Grind until a fine powder is formed.
2. In a bowl, mix this powder with the other ingredients until well combined.
3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 2 months.
