Sastojci: 800 g patlidžana, 2 kašike ulja, 200 g oraha (iseckani), 80 g nara, 2 cena belog luka (oljusten, sitno seckan), 15 g kmeli suneli Gruzijski zacin.
Priprema:
2. Proprziti patlidzan na ulju, 2 do 3 minuta sa obe strane.
3. Orahe pomešati sa belim lukom, narom i kmeli suneli zacinom i dobro promešati.
4. Na kolutove patlidžana, staviti pripremljen fil od oraha, ponovo patlidžan.
Predlog: posluzite uz neki od hlebova sa liste.
Ingredients: 800 g of eggplants, 2 tablespoons of oil, 200 g of walnuts (chopped), 80 g of pomegranate, 2 cloves of garlic (peeled, finely chopped), 15 g of khmeli suneli Georgian spice.
Preparation:

3. Mix walnuts with garlic, pomegranate and khmeli suneli spice and mix well.
4. Put the prepared walnut filling on the eggplant slice, then the eggplant on top.
Suggestion: serve with one of the breads from the list.
